I bought this giant cat tree for my two very active cats, they really love it and loves sleeping in the top dome. Well made cat tree and easy to clean and assemble. Cats really like it, I think it’s quite attractive.

Very difficult to assemble. Some pieces did not match up properly and the instruction manual was sparse at best. Many of the pieces were scratched on arrival. Customer support just told me I should sand out the scratches which of course changed the finish of the boards. Customer service was not helpful in resolving issues and provided no resolution for broken parts and assembly issues. Simply told me I could request a replacement but then no instruction on next steps and conversation was ended.

We were looking for a cat tree that could sit unobtrusively in a living space, and the Okra's all-around wood and minimalist fabric surfaces make it look more ornamental for humans rather than designed solely for a cat's enjoyment.
Construction was not difficult (with two people).The dowels may need to be sanded down so that they are all the same length. The fabric comes in either an ivory or brown, both of which were shipped to us, and is adhered onto the surfaces of the cat tree. These may need more reinforcement depending on the activity of your cats. Our 8-lb, 1-year old cat has little trouble getting in and out of the tree and enjoys climbing in and out of it, although the plastic transparent bowl may be a bit too small for her liking. So far she has not used the fabric to pare her nails down, so I'm not sure how long they may last.
This product is manufactured in and initially ships from China. At first, we were concerned at the authenticity of the Catsvillas's website/storefront, since some of the information and pictures on the website appear to be AI-generated, but our order went through and was delivered timely. Domestic shipping was through California and fulfilled by FedEx. The packaging was secured well, and there were no missing or broken parts in our delivery.
We are so far satisfied with our purchase.
