Customer service: Very responsive.
Design: Just really beautiful in my space.
Quality: Wood is beautiful and materials look great. There was a little issue with a piece missing pre drilled holes for the screws and customer support took care of it with a replacement.
Durability: This tree looks solid and appears to lasts for a long time.
Parts and accessories: There were no missing pieces and all the necessary tools and accessories were accounted for. Even came with super glue and sandpaper just in case.
Playability: My two kittens love to perch on top of the two “birdcages” and sleep in the bowl and stare at hummingbirds and the outdoors. They even scaled the sides with the scratching pad. They figure out a way to entertain themselves on this tree.
Stability: does not wobble when my kittens jump on or off this thing. Seems stable. Also, this comes with adjustable feet at bottom of the base if your floor is uneven. So this will help keep your tree stable if needed.
Value: Great value for the cost. It ticked off everything on my and my kittens wants list.
Cons:
Color: I wish there was an option for a darker stained wood, but the brown carpet helped darken piece a little.
Leans: I experienced an issue with the tree leaning slightly side to side, depending on which side my kittens hop on, but with some guidance from customer support, and some muscle support from my partner to ensure the screws were nice and tight at the base, this was resolved, hopefully forever.
Assembly: Challenging to build with one person. Took me a couple hours not 30 minutes. I had to undo and repeat a step once or twice since the instructions were sometimes obscure. I think it would help if the pieces had been marked with stickers to indicate which piece goes where in a step by step manner, this would facilitate the process.
This tree arrived in a good condition, no any parts broken, I appreciate the fast reply from their customer support, they helped me with the installation immediately. And I am happy my 3 cats love this tree.

I love the varnished wood and pads, cause it saves me time to clean. Instructions were clear so it wasn’t too hard to put together.
Took some time to assemble but seems rather stable. I would say this tree is the best cat tree I've purchased. My 2 cats love it and fits on all shelves and the bowl.
